Trick or Treat

My company hosts a trick or treat event every year for the children of the employees. Employees are able to leave work early to pick up their children and bring them back for this event. Unfortunately, I was never able to attend since my boss made it very clear to us in our department that we just don't have time for stuff like that. My boss is a die hard bachelor, no girlfriend, no kids. That explains why he doesn't think company events targeted for the employee families are important.

Till now. Just recently our department merged with another one and with that the manager of the other department became my bosses boss. This new managers opinion is that we are employees of the company just like everyone else and should be able to attend company functions. I completely agree!

So this year I was able to pick Asher and his mommy up to bring them to this Spooktacular trick or treat event. It was so much fun watching Asher. Can you guess what he dressed up as?

A doctor. Dr Little. I love it!



He refused to get out of his stroller but had no problem picking a piece of candy out of the buckets and dropping it into his bag. We didn't go to every stop on every floor but I loved watching him be part of it all.
